Arrival and availability are different milestones
The vessel’s arrival does not by itself mean your container can be collected. Discharge, terminal availability and release requirements need to line up.
Clearance meets collection
Customs and any required inspection outcomes need to be coordinated with carrier release and terminal collection arrangements. This is where early document preparation helps.
Your receiving window matters
Site access, receiving hours, unloading method and contact details all affect the delivery plan. Confirm these before the truck is scheduled.
The empty container has a journey too
Once unpacked, the empty container needs to return to the nominated depot. Keep your coordinator informed of unpacking progress so return arrangements can be made.
Every shipment has its own requirements. Our team can help you work through the details for your cargo and route.
